As a Life Coach since 2010, I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that hold them back in life. By asking the right questions and empowering them with the proper tools and techniques, I help my clients take action in pursuit of their goals and ambitions. I life coach drama students at LSDA, The London School of Dramatic Arts on a weekly basis and I also work with private clients. As well as being a passionate coach I am the mother of 2 teenagers, a working actress, a writer and a Doula. I passionately bring my life values of solution finding and increasing happiness levels to everything I do.
